FFS systems – form-fill-seal, are a solution particularly dedicated to the packaging of loose products, it is a multifunctional machine that forms, fills and closes bags of product. The FFS technology is equipped with three separate operational stations: one for forming the bottom of the bag and cutting the film to the desired length, the second is used for filling the given product, and the third is responsible for sealing the top of the bag.

All stages and varied parameters, are managed by PLC control, the device is adapted to change the product and packaging format in a very fast time.

The compactness of the machine does not require a lot of space, and it can be installed anywhere.

Another advantage of this type of machine is its ease of maintenance and cleaning, most designs have an open bottom for easy access to individual parts.
