Stretch film machine
Stretch machine film, like manual film, comes in different thicknesses, widths and different stretchability. Depending on the wrapping machine you have, we can offer a more or less stretchable film, and with the simplest models of wrappers a pre-stretched film.
Main parameters of the machine film:
- Available standard film thickness: 12 or 30 microns
- Available widths: 125, 250, 500 mm
- Available pre-stretched film thicknesses: 8, 10,12 microns
- Standard roll weight is about 17.2 kg, with a sleeve weight of 1.2 kg
- Stretchability depending on the type of film from 60% to 400%
Hand Stretch Film
Hand Stretch film is most often used for packing parcels and stabilizing cargo on a pallet.
Pre-stretched manual Stretch film allows you to introduce considerable savings, as it has a low stretch, better stabilizes the cargo and does not stretch in the event of a traffic incident, and its winding on the roll is two or three times larger compared to standard film. An additional advantage is that, using the same number of wraps, much less film is used, without sacrificing packaging quality. This is ideal for customers who use hand film, for example, to wrap pallets of cardboard boxes.

- Available standard film thicknesses: 17 or 23 microns
- Available thickness of pre-stretched film: 8, 10, 12 microns
- We offer various rolls from 1,5 – 3 kg of film on a roll
- 1 kg of 23 micron stretch film is about 100 meters
- 1 kg of 8 microns stretch film is about 300 meters
