Pallet changers
Situations where there is a need to swap a production pallet for a transport pallet are on the increase, not only in plants where the sanitary regime requires it. The pallet swap process is carried out using two side platforms that compress the goods on the pallet, lifting them slightly and then moving them onto the pallet lying next to it. The compression of the goods can be adjusted. This type of pallet exchange is a horizontal movement of the goods, which cannot be rotated or tilted due to their structure. Depending on the model, it is possible to exchange a pallet weighing up to 1000kg.
Optionally, the changers can also be equipped with a stacking system. The travel path can be linear or lateral, the device has no requirements for the height of the goods on the pallet.
