For our client, a Leader in the market for nuts and balms in Poland, we have prepared and implemented a project to automate the production line in Janów Podlaski.
The whole installation posed a special challenge, due to the variety of products that would be packaged, and we are talking about dozens of types of nuts.
It started with a single case packer (i.e., a wrap-around, carton-forming machine) and ended with a full packaging line that includes:
- 4 case packer machines
- multilevel product transport system
- 4 automatic palletizers
- highly efficient pallet wrapping machine
- mobile pallet changer
- labeling system integrated with IT system

As a result of the successful implementation of the project, first of all, it was possible to achieve efficiency at a very high level and reduce the cost of bulk packaging, while maintaining great flexibility as to the type and format of these packages.
