• Metal cans 345 ml, 489 ml, 2,940 ml
• Automatic stratified depalletizer of empty packages.
• Gravity steam blowing system for empty cans
• Fully automatic pocket rotary batching and filling machine with 28 telescopes including raw material feeding system
• Laminar flow pouring machine for brine
• Automatic jar capper
• Automatic atmospheric sealer for cans with 6 heads
• Washer for filled and closed containers
• Machine for loading jars and cans into autoclave baskets
• Machine for unloading autoclave baskets

Due to the meant increase in production capacity, the client decided to invest in a state-of-the-art packaging line that would automate the process, reduce the workforce and ensure high quality of processed products. Due to the customer’s requirements, the challenge for this line was to ensure versatility (packing in jars and cans) and to be able to handle the widely varying sizes of containers used. The line was designed and built for a capacity of 2 tons of mushrooms (whole or sliced) and 12,000 containers per hour.
